(Lath & Three-Coat Exterior Plaster)
Stucco is a cement-based exterior wall cladding system applied over lath with a moisture barrier. Metal lath and accessories are securely attached with fasteners. The system consists of three coats: the first two coats are a mixture of cement, sand, and water, providing strength and durability. The third coat is the finish coat, which includes integral color and texture to create a personalized appearance.

EIFS
(Exterior Insulation Finish System)
EIFS is a high-performance insulated exterior cladding system. It can be installed over building wrap with mechanical fasteners or adhesive over a liquid-applied air/vapor barrier. The system includes several key components: EPS insulation board, reinforcing mesh, basecoat cement, and a textured finish coat with integral color.
